Nancy Newman
Nancy is an artist, teacher and juror. She is a Director and Co-President of the Toronto Watercolour Society (TWS), and Past President of the Society of York Region Artists (SOYRA). She is proud to be a Signature Member (Bronze Level) of the Toronto Watercolour Society.
Nancy has exhibited her work in many solo and juried group shows including TWS, Society of Canadian Artists, International Watercolour Society Canada (IWS),The Aurora Art Show and SOYRA. She has received several First Place, Awards of Merit and Honourable Mention Awards.
Nancy is an instructor for many art societies such as the Banbury Group, the Barrie Art Club, the Don Valley Art Club, SOYRA, TWS, the Parkway Artist Guild and the Humber Valley Art Club. She gives workshops in person and via Zoom for the Aurora Cultural Centre and the Haliburton School of Art and Design.
